This promotion entitles an individual (“you”, “your”) who purchases a private health insurance policy from Alliance Health PMI Limited t/a Kindred (“we”, “us”, “our”) to specify up to 5 children aged 0 to 17 who reside in the same household as the main policy holder as beneficiaries under the policy for no additional charge.
This offer is valid between 4 September 2023 and 31 December 2023.
To redeem the offer you will need to add the children you wish to include as beneficiaries under your policy during the order process when you purchase the private health insurance policy.
This offer is only available where you purchase a private health insurance policy from us and pay all premiums due under such policy in full.
The offer is only available to policyholders over the aged of 18.
This offer may only be redeemed once by you.
This offer is non-transferable and is non-exchangeable for a cash alternative.
In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of this promotion, we reserve the right to withdraw or suspend the promotion.
