Our virtual GP service is the quickest way to get an appointment with an experienced GP.
Prefer to see an NHS GP? No problem, just ask for an open referral letter and send it to:
If your virtual GP thinks you should see a consultant, they’ll send their referral letter straight to us.
For most cases, our care specialists can assess your symptoms and call you within the next working hour to talk through your options.
For more complex cases, they’ll get advice from one of our consultants and call you within 24 hours.
If your claim is eligible, we’ll find local consultants specialising in your condition. When we call you, we’ll give you a few options and you can choose who you'd like to see.
We’ll book you an appointment with your chosen consultant, and send them all the relevant information ahead of time.
Any invoices are sent to us for us to settle, so there’s no admin for you to worry about. (For a few complimentary treatments, you pay and we’ll refund you.)
When the referral’s for a child, our care specialists will always start by speaking to a consultant who’s an expert in children’s health.
